Controller and contact

Selections and projects

Saved favourites, comparisons and access links remain in your browser’s local storage until you remove or delete them. When saving an online project, we store its title, room, budget, selection, notes and added comments. Processing is necessary to provide the service you request. No personal account is required.

Secret links act as keys. The viewing link allows reading and commenting. The editing link also allows changes or deletion. Keep the editing link safe and share it only with authorised people.

Comments and retention

The name you enter and your comment are visible to anyone with project access. Avoid sensitive information. Projects are deleted after 12 months without changes or comments. You can delete them sooner using the editing link or request a review by email. Encrypted backups remain for up to 14 additional days. Browser access links can be removed from My projects.

Optional statistics

Only after your agreement do we record counts of views, saved products and visits to retailers. These counts contain no names, emails or IP addresses. They are kept for up to 90 days based on consent. You can withdraw consent at any time using Statistics in the footer. The choice is renewed at least every six months.

Security and hosting

To prevent abuse, a non-reversible technical fingerprint is generated using a secret key with daily rotation. Rate-limit counters are deleted within 24 hours. The IP address is not stored in the project database. Hostinger may process technical logs to operate and protect hosting under its contract and policy. This security processing relies on the legitimate interest of protecting the service.

Databases and backups are outside the public site area. Technical support acts on the operator’s behalf. Contact emails are also forwarded to contact@dicreativ.com for handling.

External images and links

When loading retailer-hosted images, the image provider receives the necessary technical data, including the connection IP. We do not send the secret project link as a referrer. Opening a retailer or affiliate link is subject to that platform’s terms and policy. This alone does not install a Dunna Home affiliate tracker.

Email enquiries

We process the name, email and content you send to answer your enquiry and manage the requested service or relationship. Messages are kept as necessary and, where applicable, to meet legal obligations or resolve claims. Writing to us does not add you to a marketing list.

Recipients and transfers

Our hosting and email providers act as processors. We do not sell project data. When a provider transfers data outside the European Economic Area, it must use a transfer basis and the safeguards required by the GDPR under its contract. External retailers process the data they receive under their own policies.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable by writing to contact@dunnahome.com. You can withdraw consent without affecting previous processing. For a project request, we need to verify your authority without requesting more information than necessary. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. We do not make decisions with legal effects based solely on automated profiling.
